If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. We’re here to make returns as easy and hassle-free as possible.
1. Easy, No-Stress Returns and Exchanges
- You have 48 hours from the delivery date to initiate returns.
- Items can be tried on but must remain unwashed and have tags attached (we know you get it—hygiene is important!)
2. How to Return Your Order
- Reach Out to Us – Just email us at contact@benieunderwear.com or text (856) 899-4220 with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll Take Care of You – Once we approve your return, we’ll send you simple instructions including a return label.
- Send It Back – Pop your item back in the mail, and we’ll handle the rest.
3. Oops, Something’s Wrong?
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, that’s on us! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@benieunderwear.com. If the item is damaged, please include pictures or videos and we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
5. Fast & Friendly Refunds
- As soon as we get your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 2 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Please keep in mind it may take 7-10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.
